UPCOMING EVENTS, 2018

Wednesday Soup & Bread Meals followed by the Lenten Bible Study Series

Beginning on Wednesday, February 21 we will offer food for the body and spirit with our annual soup & bread meal and Lenten Bible study series every Wednesday in Lent.  We will have our supper at 6 PM with a meal of soup and bread.  Following our meal we will ask the question, “How Did the Early Christians Learn the Faith?”  at 6:45 PM by learning about the Didache, the source used by the early Christians to teach the Good News to the Gentiles.  Come and join us!

Past Events

  • On Sunday, August 28, 2016 we celebrated our 150 year anniversary with a special service, a fun celebration afterwards followed by a delicious covered dish dinner.  Many folks who are life long members of Messiah (formerly  Seventh Street Lutheran Church) spoke about what they remember about growing up in this congregation.  May God bless our congregation with many more years of service to Him!
